Pension &Retirel benefiets of Vishwanath Singh Retd. Judicial Employee of Civil Courts Sahebganj Jharkhand

Honble the Jharkhand High Court has been pleased to call for a detail report from all the Principal District&Sessions Judges ofjharkhand including the Judicial Commissioner of Ranchi to send the list of employees/Retd.employees/dead employees of Civil Courts whose service books is pending with Law deptt of state for verification by fax.This shows the concern of employer on apex level.Unfortunatly the service book of Vishwanath Singh an Retd. employee of Civil Courts Sahebganj will not come in this compartment,because his service book is running from Sahebganj Judgeship to diffrent Judgeships of restwhile state of Bihar and lastly the Judicial Administration of Sahebganj directed the retd.employee to get it verified by his own.Shamful and and unfotunate.
