International senior citizens day

Good morning.Today we celeberate the day with fun and fare and think over issues of senior citizens.In my considerd view the state is required to pass legislation like Kerala .My good wishew  to senior citizens and all who worked for senior citizens.

Fate of senior citizens in judicial courts in the state of jharkhand.

The High Court of Jharkhand has been pleased to direct all the District Judges of State to dispose the cases relating to senior citizens prefferably within four months on day to day basis proceeding but nothing has been done in the state? Who implement this executive instruction the Bae,Bench,High court or Association of Senior citizens.On the eve of WORLD INFORMATION DAY I invite you to give your comment views on this matter.

Delay breeds corruption

On 16.07.2012 I sent RTI application to the P.I.O. O/O The Civil surgeon cum chief medical officer of Giridih Jharkhand.More than two month has been elapsed but he does not bother even to acknowledge the application.Sometime back Mrs Indira Gandhi rightly said DELAY BREEDS CORRUPTION. 1ST.Appeal has been sent to Secy.Depatt of Health Govt of Jharkhand with a request to ignite the nonstarter Administrators and direct them to furnish information without  any undue delay.

Role of court Manager in District Judicial Courts in Jharkhand

The High Court of Jharkhand has been pleased to appoint Court Managers in District Courts.We have one Manager at our Court at Giridih.May we know what he is doing whole day? The pathatic condition of premises spoke every thing,broken in sufficient furnitures tells the truth.Some time back Honble court directed the Judicial Admn.to place 24 chairs in every court for Adv,s is the said direction has been complied.No drinking water even for litigants or Lawyears available in court premises.

Himalyan Arrears Of Court Cases

Honble Justice P.B.Gajendragadkar the then chairman Law Comission of India made some easy recomendations like the elimination of revisions to the High Courts.But the Parliamentarians in their innocense or guilt did not enact this.Is there a vested inetrest in litigative immortality? The president of India while addresing a confrence ststed in his opening sentence that so distiguished a luminious jurist as justice V.R.Krishna Aiyyar has observed in one of his judgement that man lives in the short run but litigation lives in in the long run.I give you a clarion call brothera and sistrs of legal profession to look in to the issue in right perspective and remember the thought given by Rastakavi Dinkar"JO TATASTH RAHEGA SAMAY LIKHEGA USKA BHI ITIHAS.Jai Hind.
