National/state and District legal services Authoritys claiming the implementation of legal aid programmer with fun&fare inviting top bosses,but what going on adjactly is matter of surprise.I HAVE OCCASION TO LOOK ONE CERTIFIED COPY ISSUED FROM THE OFFICE OF JUDGEINCHARGE civil courts chatra jharkhand wrongly stamped with a very higher rate contrary to civil courts rule prescribed in rule 408. I request the Principal District judge to get it examined by experts/stamp reporter of court and the thing rectified  for the beterment of litigants. I also request the bar to see the matter in right perspective and do the duty,because the bar is expected to perform the duty of ombudsman. God save the litigants.

Crime agaist labor cell

One poor daily wage earner Badri Yadav working since 1998 in the office of the District Probatition Gfficer Giridih Jharkhand removed from service by the Distrct Probatition Officer on his whilm ignoring all the exwcutive instrution/legislations and circulars by the Govt.Yadav represented before state Govt but nothing has been done by any body.Courts of law in the country is reeling with heavy backlog of cases but what yadav will do a poor man , the crime against labor cell is dead in the District of Giridih Jharkhand.God save Badri and others.I again reqest to top legal aid functionarys to to the distree of laborurs like Badri and save them.Otherwiswe no one will stop a public debate on the funtioning of legal aid programme in Nation.
