Implemetation of rule of law

As said earliarI again say and emphasis law is a command and must be obeyed by all whoever he may be.The law will only be by and only by the agencies    created by the law and not by any private bodies ,however highly they may be placed ,for the time being on political seats.

Lok Adalat at Civil Courts Giridih Jharkhand

Lok Adalat was performed at Civil Courts with all zeal under the guidance of G.K.Singh the Principal District and Sessions Judge cum Chirman D.L.S.A. Giridih,after a long time president of Bar has been invited to witness in the adalat.Very encouraging step to indulge the bar in this National programme by the D.L.S.A.. i was in the bench no1 with Chandresh Kumar D.J. 1 IN THE BENCH AND feel the lok adalat requires more support from state.
