Unfortunate and shamful one Civil Judge Junior Division at Giridih Jharkhand declined to send the file in Lok ADALAT ON THE plea that accused is not surrenderd in his court and the the compermise papers not been signed by the then official complainantwho has been retired some time back in a compoundable case.The brief fact is that comlaint was filled by the Branch Manager of a Nationalised Bank in official capacity and compermised bvy his successor in office.
