Iam unable to under stand who come to see the misery of undertrial prisnors in suboridynate courts.Just now i have a very sad experience with the escort party members of a police party from Birni P.S.within the Distt. of Giridih Jharkhand when Under Trial Prisnor Mustkim denied his signature to be attested on vakalatnama by the escort party.How he will present his bail applicat.ion before court.I hope,expect and trust the top police personnel will look in to the sad plight of UTP,S.Mustkim has been forwarded by Birni Police in Birni P.S.
