Wronful Confinment of U.T.P.s in Jharkhand
It is very strange that even after knowing that the petitioner is not in custody under any lawful order yet the respondent delibratly did not release the petitioner from the custody even the accused has right of liberty till he is taken in custody by any lawful order.This not a obiter rathar this is a Judgement deliverd by non else but by the Chief Justice of Jharkhand High Court in the matter of one Amit Singh on 21.10.2011 in W.P.Cri No.156/2011.The Jail Supdt. of BirsaMundaCentrel Jail Hotwar fairly admitted on a RTI querry by this columanist that UTPs detained on the strenghth of Production Warrant in Centrel Jail of Ranchi.Some time back Supreme Court observed"Something rotten in denmark as shakerpear said in hamlet similerly some thing rotten in Allahabad HIGH Court" But i am to say some thing rotten in home deptt of Jharkhand who is incharge of jharkhand jails. One Nilendu Chakraverty is rotting atBIRSA MUNDA CENTREL JAIL RANCHI on the strngth of production warrants.I again say god save jhar4khand

you r doing a very gud and inspiring job to serve the community.I hope that you will get the due respect and support from people for the work you have been to.Very often when we go to the government office like municipality and the "Court" we dont get the response from the people what we really seek from them.I myself is a victim of the red tapism behaviour.
i am very glad to know that a man among those have got awake from the slumber of the system and is thinking to do something well,something authentic for the society.One who stand for the cause of the people,for their needs.
