Summons to Justice Nirmal Yadav

I have seen a report in news paper Justice Nirmal Yadav a former judge ofHigh Court of Uttrakhand has been summoned by a court of judicial Magistrate of chandigarh to answer a charge of corrupton.Mrs.Yadav was earliar judge of Punjab and Haryana high court. I request the legal luminarys of natiton to think over the issue how the prestige of judiciary will be restored and saved?
